Reflect always, but don't always use a mirror to do so.

Quotes:
"Work is love made visible." -Kahlil Gibran

"There was a dream and one day I could see it. Like a bird in a cage, I broke in and demanded that somebody free it." -The Avett Brothers

"It is much easier for me to imagine a praying murderer, a praying prostitute, than a vain person praying. Nothing is so at odds with prayer as vanity." -Dietrich Bonhoeffer

These past several weeks have flown by in a fury. I have been trying to drain as much out of these few days of freedom as I can manage--spending time with family, reading books that will hopefully grow me in both faith and knowledge, and fulfilling the seemingly unending, yet thrilling task of filling out job applications and correspondence. It has been a time that I value.

If I am honest, this time has brought about one single question that I must address. How can I take this innocent dream of mine and make it a reality of every day? I am no longer a middle school student dreaming of what might be one day. I am now a woman with a passion for what can be today. How can I build a bridge between the dream that is and that action that will be. Maybe time is the only architect that will suffice. (If you have any additional ideas, books, resources, or input, please post. :0)

In any event, I hope this blog will serve as counterpart to my original blog, I am <3'rd. I will post more practical details in the former and I will put a "more personal spin" on what is going on in this blog.

Until next time...

Love always,

Meredith
